Ingredients and properties
Chanterelle mushroom is a highly valued edible mushroom. It has a good mild taste, a beautiful orange color and a pleasant mildly sweet mushroom aroma.
As well as fresh mushrooms. mek's freeze-dried porcini mushrooms have a high content of vitamins A, D, B1 and B3. Mushrooms are also rich in useful minerals such as iron, phosphorus, copper and potassium.
