Mek's freeze-dried lingonberry tea consists of lingonberries and apples. The ingredients of the product are freeze-dried, which means that all the valuable nutrients of fresh berries and fruits remain and reach you through a delicious tea.
Berries have a high manganese content, which lowers blood pressure and reduces bone loss. It is also a good source of vitamins C and E, and like many other berries, lingonberries are high in anthocyanin.
