Ingredients and properties
The black trumpet (Craterellus cornucopioides) is a highly valued edible mushroom. It has a rich and slightly smoky taste and a pleasant mildly sweet mushroom aroma.
As well as fresh mushrooms. Meki's freeze-dried black cone mushrooms have a high vitamin B12 content. Mushrooms are also rich in useful minerals such as iron, phosphorus, copper and potassium.
