What does the product contain?
Mek's freeze-dried gooseberry powder consists entirely of berries. Whole gooseberries have been used, which means that our powder contains the seeds and pulp of the berries.
Gooseberries are rich in minerals: potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. They have a little less sodium, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, nickel, iodine, chromium and selenium. Gooseberries also contain a lot of sugars, organic acids and various vitamins. The bioflavonoids contained in them have anti-yeast and anti-inflammatory properties.
