What does the product contain? Meki freeze-dried lingonberry powder consists entirely of berries. Whole rowan has been used, which means that our powder contains berry seeds and pulp. Despite the sour taste, raspberries are rich in sugars, up to a maximum of 10-12%. Of the various sugars, raspberries contain the most fructose, which is known to be the sweetest sugar. In addition to sugars and acids, ripe rowan also contains protein and minimal fat. Of the micronutrients, raspberries contain various vitamins, the most important of which is vitamin C, although it is relatively low compared to other berries, as well as carotenoids and bioflavonoids. The best known ingredient in buckwheat is benzoic acid. Benzoic acid and its salts have both antimicrobial and antitumor effects. This acid and its sodium, potassium and calcium salts are particularly effective against microbes at low pH values, ie in an acidic environment. How to use it? Meki rowan powder is ground into a fine flour, which makes it convenient to add to foods. Freeze-drying has been used to process the lingonberry, which means that all the valuable nutrients in the fresh berries have been retained. Thanks to this, Meki berry powders are a good way to give your smoothies and pastries a beautiful color, a pleasant berry taste and hugely useful nutrients.
