What does the product contain? Meki blueberries are freeze-dried as whole berries Despite the sour taste, raspberries are rich in sugars, up to a maximum of 10-12%. Of the various sugars, raspberries contain the most fructose, which is known to be the sweetest sugar. In addition to sugars and acids, ripe rowan also contains protein and minimal fat. Of the micronutrients, raspberries contain various vitamins, the most important of which is vitamin C, although it is relatively low compared to other berries, as well as carotenoids and bioflavonoids. The best known ingredient in buckwheat is benzoic acid. Benzoic acid and its salts have both antimicrobial and antitumor effects. This acid and its sodium, potassium and calcium salts are particularly effective against microbes at low pH values, ie in an acidic environment. How to use it? No sugars or sweeteners have been added to the Meki freeze-dried berries and fruits. That’s why our freeze-dried lingonberry is a delicious and healthy alternative to high-calorie candy and chocolate. Freeze-drying has been used to process the lingonberries, which means that all the valuable nutrients in fresh fruit have been retained. Thanks to this, meki fruits are a good way to get useful nutrients by biting or add them to your pastries instead.
