Meki's spruce sprout powder has a very good combination that stimulates the senses of taste and smell. Freeze drying completely preserves the taste, smell and nutritional value of the spruce sprout.

Like fresh spruce, Meki's freeze-dried spruce powder has a rich vitamin and mineral composition. Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) contained in fir shoots helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
